General Manager for SMB Beijing Shanghai Xiamen, Dalian-China
A Fortune 100 IT company is in search for a GM for Greater China. At least 12 years experience in channel and direct marketing.

Responsibilities
• Manage the overall business operations including product operations, marketing, strategy, business planning, and sales.
• Develop and grow sales channel and strategic accounts for accessory in both direct and channels.
• Build and manage relationships with operators, distributors and retailers.
• Drive incremental business opportunities and partnerships focused on growing and drive an integrated plan that includes account development, and trade marketing.
• Lead the drive and transition to greater sales from the aftermarket in PRC
• Product Operations and/or Management.
• Skills in building integrated customer sales, marketing, product and promotional plans
• Product, marketing launch, and overall sales process
• Building integrated strategic plans
Requirements
• Ability to communicate well and manage relationships with multiple groups
• Dynamic, highly motivated and energized individual.
• Knowledge of P&L, and sales forecasting
• Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
• IT and/or Telecommunications industry knowledge.
• At least 12-15 years of experience that covers product management, strategy, key account management and/or marketing.
• Ability to establish strong communications
• A proven track record of developing new products, market strategies, new accounts, and/or line of businesses.
• Experience in managing or being directly linked to a P&L
• Experience in building integrated customer go to market plans
• At least 2 years of exposure to China market.
• Prior experience in managing teams
