Job Responsibilities:
• develop management plan for drum workshop and to take charge of each assignment of workshop
• inspect on the performance of each deputy director and supervisor, based on the enterprise development strategy and annual workshop business target
• take charge of workshop management in manufacturing process, manufacturing plans, production capability, manufacturing coordination and etc.
• in charge of workshop production quality, management assessment, EHS, equipment management, personnel, labor discipline management and etc.
• upgrade, formalize, coordinate, inspect and test the functional organization, management position and manufacturing organization
• optimize the site management and implement personnel training

Key Requirements:
• a bachelor’s degree or above with major in enterprise management or other disciplines
• at least five years’ relevant management experience in manufacturing environment
• good understanding of mechanical engineering and management knowledge
• management and communication abilities, familiar with manufacturing processes of drum, pressure vessel, know the performance knowledge of relevant equipment and manufacturing capacity
• familiar with manufacturing management procedures
• strong planning and organizational expertise, team player with excellent communication and interface skills
• fluent in English and Mandarin
