Job Description
Directly reporting to the company’s franchise accounting manager, you will be responsible for managing all financial related aspects of the company’s franchise activities. Your main responsibilities are:

1. Managing the accuracy and timeliness of month-end closing and franchise reporting and projection that will meet company objectives and continuously seek process improvements.
2. Managing inventory accounting and internal control for the specific franchise. Ensuring the integrity of inventory and cost transaction posting; reconciliation of GL and perpetual records of inventory.
3.
Managing the integrity of inventory information – in-house and third party – ensures adequacy of controls and procedures to safeguard the company’s inventory; compliance to NBK requirements on physical counts of all warehouses; managing the inventory reporting requirements of the company.
4. Preparing monthly analysis of corporate inventory – collaborates with SO&P team in attaining the target
Inventory levels on a per brand basis
5. Conducting cost studies for special projects and other continuous improvement initiatives of the company.
6. Finance support to Franchise – managing financial requirements of the franchise to achieve objectives, growth and profitability.

The Successful Applicant:

EDUCATION : Graduate of a four-year course from a reputable school preferably with excellent academic background.

EXPERIENCE:
At least three years solid experience in major aspects of accounting, and finance. Possess costing knowledge.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Team player and can work under pressure.
