Responsibilities:
- The China market has increasingly grown over the years for our client in the enterprise
- software solution business. They are a global company with well over eighty thousand customers worldwide. They serve both large multinationals, typically in the fortune 500 ranking to medium enterprises that spans across the globe. Focusing on their China market, they are seeking a Professional Service Manager to develop their business at the continuity of profitability they enjoy over the past years.
- The position will manage a team of project managers, application consultants and administrators to ensure a high standard of professionalism in service and deliverables.
- The responsibility will include :-
- - ensuring budget targets are achieved
- - forecasting of revenue and cost
- - identify resource requirements and allocation
- - implement best practices techniques
- - customer liaisons on service issues
- - recruitment and coaching of the team
- - maximizing services revenues
- - participate in pre sales in relation to service deliveries
- We envisage the ideal candidate to have no less than six years of service delivery experience which includes some participation in presales as well. He/She should preferably have a relevant degree/discipline in information technology and should be exposed to accounting software solutions including their implementations, knowledge of systems and databases as well. Those who are engaged in project management on presenting enterprise financial solutions are most suited. Leadership and excellent communications skills are absolutely necessary to succeed in this role.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Mandarin.
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in China Shanghai.
- Applicants should be Malaysian, Singaporean, Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
