This bank is one of the major foreign participants in Chinese financial market. It is moving aggressively at current stage to strengthen its capabilities to capture tremendous opportunities in China.
Job Responsibilities:
• responsible for the processing of daily finance operation, such as local regulatory reporting, group financial reporting, financial data analysis and MIS
• observe the market development, analyse the changes or implications to business growth for the branch
• provide financial support and advice to the finance team
• responsible for decision making and strategy implementation for country and business management
• cooperate with external auditors for statutory account annual review and internal control effectiveness assessment
• provide support to country level tax report
• design key internal control framework and monitor the internal control result
• provide support for budget/planning report
• conduct good communication with other infrastructure groups for operational level handshake to support the increasing focus on centralization model
Key Requirements:
• a bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting or Finance
• experience in foreign bank or audit firm which provides bank audit preferred
• familiar with accounting principles, local GAAP and general tax principle.
• team player with positive working attitude
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
• fluent in English and Mandarin
• self motivated and logical approach to problem solving
• strong analytical skills and sense in risk control
