KEY RESPONSIBILITY
*Be involved in the selling process of new services / understand the previous proposal delivered to the customer or group of customers in China.
*Make sure the openings of new service matches customer requirements
* Make sure the service delivered on sites matches both the proposal and the customers expectations
* Identify proactively improvements opportunities at the operations level and share them with the point of contact of the customers
* Intercept the incidents and define clear action plan to solve them
* Define and customize a following up system:

* Attend monthly and quarterly meeting
* Give feedback in a timely and professional manner.
* Be the only point of contact of this/these customers in China.

* Review and interpret feedbacks from the customers to initiate appropriated actions and improve the existing offer; advise clients on how to better achieve required results to increase the customers’ satisfaction.
* Support sites managers on daily operations: insure all aspects of the day-to-day management of the sites are in accordance with the Company standards.
* Standardize operations on all the account sites
* Be aware of the financial results
* Push for payment if needed in cash flow related issues
* Explore potential customers and business opportunities; Identify and pursue new projects.
Requirements:
*Must have:
Foreign national with good Chinese command or Chinese national with proficient English.
Minimum 5 years working experience.
Customer-oriented.
Good communication skills.
Availability to travel
Team player
*Nice to have
4 years experience in hospitality industry.
Business University Degree.
