A Hong Kong listed and is one of the leading apparel brand owner, retailer and franchiser company. With international operations and distribution networks spanning from Southeast Asia, Europe and Central America.

The CFO will be a key member of the top management team and a strategic partner to the chief executive officer. Focus on developing and implementing strategic business plans, including new product development and M&A, and will help align the groups finance and business strategies. The incumbent will provide leadership and direction to the groups liquidity, funding and liability strategies as well as all core finance activities including controls/accounting, planning, credit risk, regulatory compliance, financial reporting, treasury and tax.

The successful candidate must have a Bachelors degree from an accredited university/college in accounting. Over 10 years of progressive accounting experience. CPA preferred. Public accounting experience helpful. Knowledge of PRC and US GAAP. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
