Responsibilities:

- responsible for management of the revenue team of 4 on daily operation, lead the team to improve  efficiency and effectiveness, co-work with Controller to improve reporting quality.
- prepare Management Reporting Package (MRP) to achieve/enhance long-term relationship with the business units. Proactively provide findings, analysis gaps and make recommendation to achieve strategic rollout.
- actively involve in financial forecast (mid of month, end of month), assist quarterly and annual budget preparation, ensure system information input accuracy within due.
- keep timely resolving issues arose from analysis process on payroll, IIT, BT, WIP and Deferred Rev. 
- responsible for working with SAP helpdesk on SAP system issues in relation to revenue recognition, data conversion, MRP data completion, etc..
- responsible for business contracts review. Standardizes and streamlines client contract to in line with revenue recognition policies and minimizes business risk.


- develops and implements appropriate internal policies & procedures to enhance internal control
- participate in ad hoc projects

Requirement:

- qualified accountant with degree in Accounting or Finance. Overseas study and work experience preferred
- minimum six to eight years' accounting experience in China including Big 4 or multi-national companies. At least two years' experience at managerial level. 
- working knowledge of SAP or other ERP software
- advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint software.  
- strong analytical mind with good business acumen, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- excellent English language ability in both writing and oral
