ArchiBat is looking for a TECHNICAL DIRECTOR for an INTERNATIONAL ENGINEERING GROUP to join its office in Shanghai. The group is specialized in corporate real estate and works on prestigious large scale projects. They have many offices and more than 400 employees around the world.

As a Technical Director, you will be integrated in the construction department. You will work on industrial projects. You will elaborate the construction documents and supervise the site. You will be in charge of the budget planning. Contacts with clients.

Civil or MEP Engineer or Technical Architect profiles. At least 10 years of experience. Experience in Asia is a must.Fluent in English, Chinese is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonnal skills. Well-organized with demonstrated techinical and analitical skills.

Position based in Shanghai.
