SALES DIRECTOR

who will take full responsibility of setting up, running and developing the sales organization which will be founded in Ningbo. Training and motivating a local sales team will be one focus of the job.

Requirements:

-          Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or chemical engineering

-          Minimum of 5 years sales experience in the lubricant business or in the metal working industry

-          Minimum of 3 years management experience, also on the commercial side of a business, in China

-          Excellent project management and leadership skills

-          Excellent presentation and communication abilities

-          Fluent in written and spoken English – a basic command of Chinese is indispensable

-          Good sense of Chinese business behaviour
