Motion Global Limited is an Australian owned Company with offices in over 3 countries with 20+ employees. Motion Global is building its China head office in Shanghai which consists of IT Development, Marketing and B2C customer service. The Company is looking for a fluent English speaker to join as head of Shanghai operations and customer service. This is a unique opportunity for the right person to get involved in a fast growing international Company.

The candidate will:

1. Have strong management/operations experience (atleast 3 to 5 years)
2. Have an excellent can do attitude with top level accuracy and reliability
3. Be able to respond & report to Company Directors in a professional manner
4. Have an ability to hire and manage existing staff
5. Be fluent in english with other European languages a bonus
6. Be able to multitask and deal with a range of business/operational issues on a day to day basis
7. Developed problem solving skills and be proficient in microsoft excel
6. Have a good understanding of how to operate and manage chinese based companies
