Job_Detail:
Responsibilities:
1. Human resources management according to internal processes, to minimize turnover and to acquire new competences as required
2. Ensuring recording and constant implementation of business processes, proposing improvements
3. Ensuring good functioning of the internal IT, collection in time and quality of required
Company data
4. Maintaining an intranet platform containing all Company internal documents, processes and regulations up to date
5.
6. Proposing improvement to all systems and policies
Requirements:
1. At least 4 years of HR management experience and 2 years as Human Resources Manager
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Excellent understanding of processes and the way to define and then implement them, good organization skills
4. Good understanding of and experience with IT systems
