Purchase Manager / Engineer - Shanghai - China
Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate, establish and develop reliable suppliers for quality, service, price and local content requirements
2. Purchase material in a timely and competitive manner
3. Maintain contracts
4. Coordinate resolution of supplier quality problems
5. Serve as the primary liaison between manufacturing and the supplier
6. Support the plans, material cost reduction goals
Qualifications / Experience/Education,
1. College degree with a major in Electric or equivalent
2. Minimum of 3 year of experience in manufacturing, quality or engineering
3. Proficient in print reading and interpretation and part measurement
4. Medium travel requirement (required)
5. Proficient oral & written English skills,
6. Knowledge of company supplier quality standards, policies and procedures
7. Proficient oral and written communication skills
