The employing company in Guangzhou, established in 2001, is majority share-holding by the German headquarter. It now has 500 employees and a turnover EUR 5 Mio. in 2007, expected EUR 8 Mio. Sales. It manufactures and sells high-quality products for writing and colouring.


Responsibilities and Targets
- Management of the domains: finance, controlling, IT, taxes, and human resources
- Secure financial performance of the company; work closely with the Managing Director and the executive team
- Assume the role as contact person for headquarter, banking institutions and auditors
- Assure transparent, broad and prompt monthly financial reporting
- Develop and professionalize the overall organizational structure, especially the own area of responsibility
- Leading 10 subordinates

Qualifications and skills
- Graduate in business administration, ideally with focus on controlling and financial accounting
- Possession of verifiable financial management experience in manufacturing companies
- Successful experience in balancing and closing financial statements, experience in corporate reorganization
- IT affinity and successful experience in implementation of integrated ERP software
- Experience in co-operation with banking institutions, auditing companies and foreign headquarters
- The individual should dispose of a high level of persistence, ability to work under pressure, should enjoy hands-on activities; a realistic, figure-oriented attitude would be best suited to this position. Effective leading management skills, yet team player qualities would be appropriate. Age around 40.
- Analytic, conceptual approach as well as a sense of necessary alterations/ modifications
- High English language proficiency
- Work experience in Western JV or WFOE
- self motivated, pragmatic and Hands-on Mentality, Down to earth mentality
