Responsibilities:

• To lead and manage the team on:
• Routine accounting to ensure compliance with the company’s accounting policy, local and US GAAP
• Internal reporting to intercept errors and understand exception
• External reporting to meet local government requirement
• Taxation to ensure compliance with local regulation
• Ensuring internal control system effective and updated on time
• Treasury / bank control in order to ensure adequate fund and manage fund efficiently, and compliance with foreign exchange regulation.
• Ensuring team resource sufficient for accomplishing team performance target

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting CPA / ACCA or equivalent;
• Minimum 5-8 years' experience in general accounting, taxation and 2 years in similar position;
• Fluent in English and Mandarin;
• Knowledge of PRC/US GAAP
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP system
• Knowledge of China taxation
• Knowledge of SOX
• Good team player with good inter-personal skills
• Manufacturing exposure
