-        to less confidence concerning speaking English
-        Chinglish – Over politeness – Chinese Maybe
-        Unable to express themselves concise and precise in English
-        Pronunciation problems
-        Not used to foreigners communications styles – direct/indirect – expectations
-        Politeness can be misleading for foreigners (How to say No, if you mean No)
-        Quickness in understanding and replying directly

The situations where these challenges occur are mainly,
-        Telephone Conferences
-        Meetings with Foreigners

Idea,
Find an English native speaker who studying teaching English to foreigners, hire him/her as intern in Labs China

Tasks,
-        Develop Role Plays, Exercises, Cases, etc. to train our employees in oral English
-        Train our employees in speaking fluently English and expressing themselves precisely and concisely

Notes,
The Target group will be SAP Labs Employees (Mostly Software Developers)

Profile,
-        English Native Speaker (preferably American)
-        Experience as Teacher of English as foreign Language
-        Experience in language training related Didactics
-        Major in Teaching English as foreign Language (can be in done at the moment)
